Skip the mixing, the waiting, and the guesswork. Every batch is made from fresh RODI water, mixed and aerated a minimum of 24 hours, and tested before it goes out the door. Choose your water RODI — Plain. 0 TDS. No chlorine, chloramine, phosphate, silicate, or nitrate. For top-offs, mixing your own salt, dosing, or any setup where you want a blank slate. Freshwater — High pH. pH 7.8–8.4 · KH 8–12 · GH 10–14. Buffered hard and alkaline for African cichlids, livebearers, and goldfish. Stable KH so it holds. Freshwater — Low pH. pH 6.2–6.8 · KH 0–3 · GH 2–5. Soft and acidic for discus, tetras, apistogramma, bettas, and Caridina shrimp. Saltwater — FOWLR. SG 1.021–1.023 · pH 8.1–8.3. Mixed to fish-only-with-live-rock parameters. Ready to use the moment you get home. Saltwater — Reef. SG 1.025–1.026 · Ca 420–440 ppm · Alk 8–9 dKH · Mg 1300–1350 ppm. Reef-grade salt mixed to full trace element spec. Calcium, alkalinity, and magnesium tested on every batch. Containers Food-grade, BPA-free, opaque HDPE jugs sold separately and built to refill for years. Already have a jug? Bring it — we’ll fill any clean, food-safe container. No containers that previously held soap, chemicals, or anything non-food. We reserve the right to decline a container that doesn’t pass a look and smell check. FAQ How long does it keep? Saltwater is best used within 7–10 days. RODI and freshwater keep 30+ days sealed and out of direct sunlight. What temperature is it? Water is sold at room temperature. Match it to your tank before adding. Can you ship it? No — 5 gallons weighs about 42 lbs, which makes shipping uneconomical. Local pickup and delivery only. Do you do bulk or standing orders? Yes. Salt residue left in a container later used for RODI top-off will throw off your parameters.
