WORKSHOP: 0/11/27 Bakery Favourites - Bread, teacakes, pasties, scones and pizza!

A fabulous day for homebakers of any level, we'll be making all our favourites from the bakery's long-standing delicious repertoire: properly made artisan bread, our (in)famous teacakes, delicious Cheddar, potato & onion pasties, date and pecan scones, all supported by a comprehensive theory as we work floury fingered through to day's end. Working in a companionable, supportive environment of like-minded souls determined to take back control of their food's provenance, you'll be leaving us with - in addition to all you bake and the recipes from the day - the knowledge, skills and confidence to bake for your family and friends back home. Breakfast, a delicious vegetarian lunch which we'll make ourselves, refreshments and all ingredients are included in the cost of each workshop.
