Special Edition Flex 1 C-Line FD4 (Shield Club)

If you like overstable discs, this one is a must try - Our very first release of the FD4, at least under that very title. Served as a Special Edition release exclusively to our Shield Club members, this one is a real treat. If the FD4 name doesn’t ring a bell, you may know this mold by its old name, the Splice. It’s the same ultra-reliable, overstable fairway driver under a new name, and now it comes in the gummiest plastic we make. This is a limited run with relatively small supply, so once these are gone, they’re gone. Added control with the Flex 1 C-line plastic The Flex 1 C-line material is at the gummiest end of our stiffness spectrum. These discs have amazing grip, and they absorb a lot of energy when they hit the ground, trees or anything else in the way. With Flex 1 discs you won’t see your throw bounce or skip far from where it lands. That’s why this combination works so well. The FD4 does the hard work in the air, holding its line and fading out with authority. The Flex 1 plastic makes sure it stays put once it touches down. You get a disc that finishes hard and then stops, which is what you want when you’re throwing near trouble.
