Upcycled Vintage Pearl Bat Wristlet / Keychain (Limited)

The second piece in Toothache’s 25-piece up-cycling challenge started as a vintage faux pearl necklace. The pearls have been restrung on thin, flexible beading wire and mixed with textured gold beads, clear crystal accents, and glossy black bat charms for a little contrast. A gold-colored heart-shaped metal clasp finishes it and gives it a sweet-meets-spooky feel. It measures about 12 inches around, so it sits comfortably as a wristlet or can be clipped onto a bag or keys.
