Astro Harvest Full Moon Sound Bath - Saturday, Sept 26 7-8pm

Come relax and unwind under the Full Moon with an outdoor Astrological Sound Bath! If you aren't available in person, there is a Zoom option available that I'm offering at a discounted rate. Sound baths are scientifically proven to reduce stress & anxiety, improve your quality of sleep so not only are they amazing for healing you spiritually, but also mentally & physically. When you arrive, you will pull a card from my Astrology Deck to set the vibe for the session. You will then grab a notepad and a cup of water before picking your spot. We will all write what we want to manifest on a piece of paper before speaking it into the water and placing it under the cup to charge under the full moon while we are on our sound journey. At the end, we will all drink our moon water to lock in all that manifesting energy we just experienced! As a certified astrologer, Reiki, and sound healing practitioner, I blend the energy of the planets with sound therapy by playing the song of the stars. I create the musical score using the transit chart at the time of our session. Going house by house, I play the note associated with that sign and planetary placements, fully harnessing the energy of the universe using crystal & Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, drums and gongs. Sound bath includes a comfy mattress, cooling blanket, neck pillow, & eye mask. It will be hosted outside at Shalala, a private pool house, surrounded by the sounds of birds, crickets, frogs, and beautiful scenery that makes you feel like you're in The Secret Garden but you're really just in South Nashville/Crieve Hall.
