Ebike Motor Movement

This component is a motor movement designed specifically for e-bikes and is intended as a replacement part. If you need to replace the complete motor assembly, please purchase the "Electric Bike Motor Assembly" instead of the individual motor movement. As this is a custom, non-universal product, the motor gears and wiring configuration must be compatible with your e-bike controller software and motor housing. Compatibility varies by manufacturer and production batch, and internal clutch gear configurations differ as well. Some discontinued motors may require custom production (lead time: approx. 7–10 days). Please be sure to provide the motor code found on your old motor housing when placing your order. We will not ship the item until the specific motor model and code have been confirmed. You may also contact our online customer service when placing your order to provide a photo of the motor code or to inquire about specific details. Installation Instructions (Very Important): 1. Before disassembly or installation, you must remove the battery and ensure the e-bike is completely powered off! Failure to do so may result in a sudden high-current surge, damaging the motor's Hall sensor circuit. 2. Please install the motor strictly according to the manual and double-check everything before startup to ensure nothing has been missed. Incorrect installation may cause the motor to spin freely (failing to drive the wheel) or even trip the power circuit. Please Note! 1.
