APAX LAB x Motors Mineral Concentrate

A single-profile mineral concentrate developed with Motors, the Paris café known for serving bright, expressive coffees from roasters around the world. Like the other APAX LAB collaborations, it is a finished recipe rather than a blendable concentrate: one bottle, one profile, aimed at clarity, origin character and floral notes. The recipe is built on magnesium, potassium and sodium salts with no calcium at all, which sets it apart from the APAX LAB x Némo Pop concentrate, whose recipe includes calcium chloride and targets a heavier body.
