Bespoke Edition 29.09 UNREAL Hereford Cross Beef, Aged 75 Days Back to some more EPIC native breed beef this week and what an insane looking rib of beef!!! With MEGA marbling throughout, this is another great example of British beef. We aged these ribs for 75 days, longer than usual to fully appreciate this superb beef - it's nothing short of stunning. Expect a super, rich flavour from the Hereford breed and of course, a super tender texture from our ageing facilities.
