Georg Breuer, Sans Riesling Zero Alcohol, 2025
The fruit for this non-alcoholic wine comes from a range of sites across the Rheingau, the same fruit that Theresa uses for her other wines. It is this quality of fruit that gives such intensity to this wine. On the palate it is super bright with lime juice and zest, grapefruit and gooseberry and that rich acidity that is a signature of Breuer wines.
