Weavers work this rug by hand on a pit loom, in Bhadohi, India, producing a dense, flat weave of 100% wool at roughly 6 mm. It is happy over underfloor heating. Each handmade piece differs a fraction in size and shade. Run the vacuum over it with the brush roll off, accept a few stray fibres from the new wool, and pat spills dry rather than rub.
