OMEGA TG FORMULA

1 softgel = 2.5 regular fish oil capsules. A regular 1000 mg fish oil capsule contains ± 300 mg EPA + DHA. One Omega TG softgel contains 750 mg: 500 mg EPA and 250 mg DHA.What is TG? TG stands for triglyceride, the form in which omega-3 occurs naturally in fish. Much fish oil is converted to ethyl esters (EE). In research, EPA and DHA from ethyl esters were absorbed less well than from triglycerides.¹Per daily dose (2 softgels): 1000 mg EPA and 500 mg DHA from Peruvian anchovy, plus 20 mg vitamin E.
