Scuttlebutt is a lighter build on the Intemperance Whiskey Rebellion 1794, released under RoMa Craft's CRAFT Maquette Series. RoMa Craft won't disclose the blend. That's the point of the series — you get the cigar before the spec sheet. What is public: Whiskey Rebellion 1794 runs a high-priming Ecuadorian Habano wrapper, and Scuttlebutt works off that foundation with the volume turned down. Skip Martin liked it enough to raise production from 1,000 bundles to 1,800. No bands. Craft paper bundles with a colored ribbon, the same understated packaging every Maquette release gets. Rolled at Fábrica de Tabacos Nica Sueño in Estelí. Total release: 18,000 cigars.
