Red digital voltmeter measures 0-99VDC and requires a 4.5VDC up to 28VDC power for LEDs. To use connect (+) 4.5V to 28VDC to the red lead and (-) to the black. Now connect your unknown voltage source (+) to yellow and (-) to black lead. Size only 0.558" x 0.89"W (excluding mounting ears) x 0.39" thick. Brand new!
