Thermarest Trail Lite sleeping mat

Therm-a-Rest Trail Lite – Comfortable Insulation for Iceland Camping The Therm-a-Rest Trail Lite is a comfortable and reliable self-inflating sleeping mat, well suited to camping and trekking in Iceland. With an R-value of 3.2 and approximately 3.8 cm of thickness, it provides good insulation from the cold ground while adding considerably more comfort than a basic foam mat. Its durable 50D polyester construction, compact design and self-inflating foam core make it a practical choice for Iceland camping, road trips and shoulder-season adventures. The mat is particularly suitable for spring, summer and early autumn camping, when protecting yourself from cold ground is still important. A good balance of warmth, comfort, durability and packability, the Trail Lite is an excellent all-round sleeping mat for travellers renting camping equipment in Iceland.
