Narai passage

Mr. Saito, who gained hands-on sake brewing experience at Sekkei Shuzo, Maruo Honten, and Mitobe Shuzo, has joined the brewery as Toji, or master brewer. Under his direction, this new *nama genshu* was released at a light 13% ABV. The name **“Passage”** reflects the idea of a path leading to Narai-juku, a historic post town where people once came and went. In the same spirit, this sake was created as an approachable introduction to the narai brand — something people can easily pick up and enjoy. Its light, delicate texture and refreshing touch of natural carbonation make it especially friendly for those trying narai for the first time. Enjoy its fresh, pear-like aroma and elegant sweetness.
