The Ellie Study Set includes fully dimensioned plans for the main floor and the optional lower level, exterior elevations from the front, back, left and right, door & window schedules, and a specification sheet, enough to get builder quotes and check the design against your lot. Not for construction or permit use. The roof plan, building sections, electrical layout and building details are included in the full construction set only. Your $75 comes off the full construction set for 12 months.
