Specific rules in this instruction sheet supersede any conflicting tournament rules. Structure: Swiss Rounds and possible Top Cut (based on player attendance) Swiss Rounds: 60 minutes, best of 3 Top Cut Rounds: Best-of-three 70 Minutes rounds *The number of rounds will be based off of attendance.
