This work was featured in the South Korean publication VOSTOK, 'A Day’s Worth of Light', in September of 2025. Thorne’s photographs attend to fleeting moments of light that would otherwise go unnoticed, transforming them into spaces for contemplation. Her focus on light emerged from a Near Death Experience that profoundly altered her understanding of presence and time.
