Kennametal T124 Air Induction Nozzle

The Kennametal T124 is an air induction nozzle with a wear-resistant tungsten carbide liner. The nozzle features an aluminium jacket and a 3/4" NPSM aluminium thread. Ambient air is drawn into the abrasive stream through openings in the nozzle. This distributes the abrasive across a wider and less concentrated blast pattern, making the T124 suitable for applications requiring a wide, uniform and less aggressive blasting action. The T124 is designed for use with a blast hose with an internal diameter of 13 mm (1/2") and is suitable for blast cabinets and other fixed blasting systems. The nozzle is particularly suitable for plastic, plant-based and other lightweight abrasives. The tungsten carbide liner also provides high wear resistance when used with common mineral and standard steel abrasives. For a standard venturi nozzle with the same 3/4" NPSM connection, the Kennametal T120 is an alternative.
