NC’NEAN Quiet Rebels Matthew

NC’NEAN Quiet Rebels Matthew is the sixth Quiet Rebels release, Matthew, their blender spends much of his time in the warehouse tasting casks and dreaming up future whiskies. Before joining Nc’nean, he spent years bartending in London which sparked a particular love of dry sherry, so for his release he wanted to create a whisky that celebrated just that. Rather than the dry and austere character he had expected, they were sweet, salty and wonderfully moreish. Blended with Bourbon casks and just a touch of Oloroso sherry cask, they create a beautifully textured whisky with richness, freshness and plenty of tropical fruit.
