San Antonio Decaf is Happy Brewing’s Colombian decaf espresso, sourced from small producers and created for coffee drinkers who want a rich, satisfying cup without the caffeine.The coffee is decaffeinated in Colombia using the EA sugarcane process, which uses ethyl acetate derived from sugar cane to remove caffeine while preserving the coffee’s natural character. The result is full-bodied and sweet, with plenty of fruit character and a round finish rather than the hollow quality found in lesser decafs.
