Hummus di Carota

This is a handmade chickpea and carrot hummus made in a small lab. It contains chickpeas, carrots, dried tomatoes, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, tahini, and parsley. The net weight is 250 grams and it should be refrigerated at 4°C after opening, to be consumed within 3 days.
