Ethiopia Sidamo
This coffee comes from the San Salvador Volcano region in El Salvador, grown at altitudes of 1350-1700 masl by the Aguilar family for six generations. It is a blend of bourbon, pacamara, pacas, and marsellesa varieties, processed using the washed method.
