Hoggy’s Grill will be running two days of BBQ workshops at The Dairy, which is nestled within Burghley Park. Wednesday 29th July - 10am - 2pm This course is smashing hit with all customers. Within this course you will be able to understand what is needed to become a pro! The Basic Class includes a vegetarian starter, standard meats such as steak and chicken, potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a delicious grilled dessert.
