An unpasteurised version of the "Yume Junmai Ginjo", this sake is a more fresh and vibrant version yet with a little aging in the bottle has also picked up more complex and balance between its fruity and lively notes and rice umami driven notes. Recommended for both sake beginners and connoisseurs, serve well chilled with white fish, salads or a cheese and charcuterie board.
