Biography Futagi Shiseki (1893-1979) Born in Komatsu City, Ishikawa Prefecture in 1893. Japanese-style painter. He studied under Okamoto Taiko and Hashimoto Kansetsu. His art name was Sojuen. He devoted himself to the study of classical paintings and lived in Hakusancho, Komatsu City, Ishikawa Prefecture. He died in 1979.
