How to apply Velour HTV Cut: mirror your design and cut with the liner (shiny carrier) side down, using a 45° blade and medium pressure. Weed: remove the excess vinyl, leaving your design on the clear carrier. Press: 300–320°F (150–160°C) for 8–10 seconds at medium pressure. Peel: hot or warm peel. For best texture, avoid over-pressing. Finish: cover with a Teflon sheet or parchment and give a quick 2–3 second re-press if needed. Tip: do not iron directly over the velvet pile and turn the garment inside out to wash. Wash cold, hang or tumble dry low.
