Bacillus spores activate when they encounter moisture and organic matter, producing targeted enzymes that break down proteins, starches, fats, oils, and grease. The microbial action continues for up to 24 hours after application as long as moisture and residue remain — unlike conventional cleaners that stop working when the surface dries. USE BIOFLŌR ON: sealed floors, unsealed floors, tile, grout, sealed concrete, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), hardwood with water-resistant sealant, commercial flooring. USE BIOSURF ON: sealed counters (quartz, granite, solid surface, laminate), sinks, stainless steel and porcelain fixtures, bathroom surfaces, tile backsplashes, appliances, finished wood, high-touch surfaces (switches, handles, doorknobs). DILUTION: 1 oz concentrate per 1 gallon of water for both formulas. Standard residential use covers approximately 4–6 months for a 2,000 sq ft home.
