Honda V65 84-85 VF1100S Sabre Both Fuel Valve Petcock Repair Kits W/Drill & Tap

Honda V65 84-85 VF1100S Sabre, Both Fuel Valves, Petcocks, Repair Kit. Comes with 3 new seals, 4 screws, 1 ea correct size tap drill and tap 3mm x 0.5. This is a kit that you will only need to complete the repair, you will not need to purchase tools etc. This kit is for both of the fuel valves on the Sabre's, the larger one on the back of the main fuel tank as well as the one under the RH side cover. NOTE: The valves pictured are not included and only a photo of what they will look like when completed, it is just for the items listed above. This kits will replace the seals in OEM Honda P/N 16950-MB4-015, 16950-MB1-005 Petcock assemblies. I have reversed engineered these new seals and had them made to be exact replacement parts for the Honda petcocks. 1 photo of what is common after all these years. They are not from a different motorcycle make or model that "should fit". I have measured at least 12 old seals and came up with accurate dimensions. I then made a CAD drawing to have a mold made and the parts produced. I will also be offering these kits for the V65 VF1100C Magna, which has only 1 valve, which is the same as the Sabre tank valve, as well as a listing for just the smaller valve under the RH side cover of the VF1100S Sabre. If you think this will fit other models, please give me the dimensions of your old one and I can check for you. NOTE: I have included a picture of my CAD drawings so all the dimensions are listed. You can use these dimensions, in millimeters, to see if this seal will fit your model etc. Note: This is not a difficult repair, but does require some skill to make sure the holes are drilled straight and tapped straight. The metal of these valves is VERY soft, so care must be taken. Best to use a drill press, or what I use is a vertical mill.
