Cooking Classes 2026

Hands-on Cooking Classes in the Cafe Kitchen with Tony. No more than 8-12 attendees depending on the class. Minimum 4 attendees for a class, or we reserve the right to reschedule so please select at least one back-up! What you will learn: Working alongside other students, you’ll learn about the dishes and how to make them yourself using high-quality ingredients. You'll become comfortable with the authentic cooking techniques, as we share contemporary twists on classic favorites. What To Expect: You'll work together in groups of 2-4), sharing workstations and equipment in a commercial kitchen. Classes are 2 hours, unless otherwise noted. You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class, so please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back. Cancellations or changes must be completed at least 48 hours before the start time of class. Our recipes use common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy, please let us know before attending the class. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class. Credits & rescheduling are at Black Cat's sole discretion.
