Pioneertown Motel - First Installment

This represents the initial 25% instalment required to commence final creative development, design refinement, sampling, technical preparation and production planning works for the Pioneertown Motel furnishing project, based on the agreed provisional scope, specifications and costings outlined within the attached costing schedule. The current provisional project budget is USD $48,271.80 FOB London. Accordingly, the first instalment due prior to commencement of works is USD $12,067.95. The next instalment is due once all final design, sampling, specifications and production elements have been approved prior to full production commencement, with the remaining balance payable in two instalments prior to shipping. Project completion is provisionally scheduled for early September, subject to final design approvals, material selections, sampling sign-off and production scheduling. Please note: • All pricing remains provisional and may vary slightly depending on final approved specifications, dimensions, finishes, embroidery detail and material selections. • Lampshade wires and electrical components are not included unless expressly stated otherwise. • All quoted pricing is FOB London. • Shipping, duties, installation and any on-site works are excluded and will be quoted separately at a later stage if required. • An initial 25% payment is required before final design development, sampling and production preparation work can commence. • Products supplied are not certified to comply with US federal, state or local fire, hospitality, commercial furnishing or building regulations unless expressly confirmed in writing. • Responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable fire, hospitality and commercial regulations rests solely with the buyer, Pioneertown Motel. Payment of this invoice constitutes acceptance of the above terms, the provisional scope contained within the attached costing schedule, and authorisation to proceed with development, sampling and production preparation works.
