This region sits at high elevations in the Andes where coffee cultivation is the main economic activity for many smallholder families. Coffee production here is traditionally manual and deeply rooted in local culture, with growers working together to cultivate and harvest specialty-grade beans. TASTING NOTES: Vanilla Wafer, Baking Spice, Milk Chocolate ROAST LEVEL: Medium Roast RECOMENDED BREW METHOD: We recommend brewing this coffee as a batch brew. We have been tasting a hint of cinnamon and clove with a dash of sweet vanilla wafer and chocolate goodness. Like with all of our coffees, enjoy it how you like it!
