WW1 Italian Al Valore Militare Colonial Medal NALUT

A very rare Al Valore Militare (Military Valour Medal) Coloniale. Issued to Colonial native troops during World War One period. 33 mm, bronze alloy, copper plated finish. Front bust of King Emanuele III of Italy, border inscribed "AL VALORE MILITARE". Signed "SPERANLA" beneath bust. Rear central laurel wreath. Inscribed with battle where awarded and recipient: NALUT 15 DICEMBRE 1914 - UORSAMA CODAH". Some finish rubbing to high points. Rim contact marks and surface marks.
