The contoured back plate seats flush against the pole’s curve, bolt 1 secures it to the pole, the top cover plate snaps over and conceals bolt 1 completely, and bolt 2 locks the top plate in place behind an integrated puck lock — no exposed hardware, nothing to grip or cut.
