PECORINO, BROAD BEANS AND TRUFFLE CREAM

One of the best traditional Italian cheeses in a wellbalanced soft cream with broad beans and our summer truffle. An intense taste for this ready to use condiment. Try it on toasted bread, to make a creamy risotto or pasta or for a tasty salad. Name: Pecorino Romano PDO, Broad beans and Summer truffle cream (80 g). Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, Broad bean 40%, Pecorino Romano DOP 10% (sheep's MILK, salt, lamb's rennet, lactic starter), summer Truffle 2% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), salt, flavouring, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
