Koi shipment schedules are as follows: Orders placed on Monday will arrive on Thursday. Orders placed on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday will arrive the following Tuesday. Our koi are carefully packaged in oxygenated bags and shipped in insulated boxes to ensure they remain healthy during transit. How Do I Acclimate My New Fish to My Pond? To acclimate your new koi to your pond: Float the unopened bag in your pond for 20-30 minutes to equalize the temperature. Open the bag and add a small amount of pond water to the bag. Repeat this process every 10 minutes for about an hour. Gently release the fish into your pond.
