Double-sided porcelain enamel projecting trade sign for a beauty shop, featuring a striking Art Deco portrait of a fashionable woman framed within an oval medallion and accompanied by bold "Beauty Shoppe" lettering. The design incorporates geometric border elements and stylized typography characteristic of the interwar period, while the use of the older spelling "Shoppe" reinforces its early twentieth-century commercial appeal. Mounted to its original porcelain-clad bracket, the sign was designed to project perpendicular from a storefront, allowing visibility from both directions along a sidewalk or streetscape.
