Goes over the surgical dressing (or on top of or underneath clothing) to effectively penetrate the area to provide comfort and relief from pain and/or swelling. One frozen 3+ hour gel bag, enclosed in a white, anti-microbial bandage layer, stays firmly in place. One additional 3+ hour gel bag is included to allow for continuous cold therapy.
