LittleLee and Rose is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses and replacements will not be given for bags not received due to incorrect shipping addresses. LittleLee and Rose is not responsible for duties, local taxes and fees incurred on international orders. The LittleLee and Rose Character Subscription is charged on a recurring monthly basis (unless canceled 48 hours before draw date through our cancellation page). Items in bags are new and hand selected by LittleLee and Rose each month. The Character Subscription will ship during the first week of the month. We do our absolute best to ship on time but we appreciate understanding as we navigate the volitile import sytem at this time. The last day to sign up for character boxes is the last day of each month. Subscriptions are charged monthly on the same day as sign-up and are shipped within the first two weeks of each month (our plan is to have them ship the 3rd-5th of each month but due to the volatile state of the import business we can no longer guarantee this). Billing is done monthly. For example, if you sign up on the 12th you will be charged that day. Your bag will ship the beginning of the following month of the following month and your recurring payments going forward will continue on the the12th. The date you subscribe will be your monthly billing date. No refunds are given. If you need to cancel, it must be 48 hours before funds are drawn. If request to cancel is received less than 48 hours before funds are drawn, then you will receive the corresponding subscription, however future subscriptions will cease. To cancel, simply log into your account on our website, select manage subscriptions and then cancel. If you need assistance, please contact customer service. They cannot cancel for you but they can walk you through the process if you have difficulty.
