"Gama" (pronounced like "comma") takes its name from traditional Korean wood-fired kilns, vessels of heat, time, and transformation. Rooted in heritage and craft, this blend delivers bold, comforting flavors with a nostalgic warmth. Roasted with intention without compromising on quality or sourcing. Developed, not dark. This is a blend of 75% washed Mexico and 25% washed Peru. Flavor This coffee is smooth, balanced, and sweet with notes of toasted pecans and baker's chocolate with a rich velvety body/mouthfeel. We developed this profile to capture all the things we enjoy about darker roasts without the burnt, charred, or ashy flavors you sometimes find.
