The soil here is predominantly clay-limestone and while the climate is Mediterranean, the wines possess exquisite freshness and tension as a consequence of the vines being grown on a single large north-facing slope. In 3 litre bag-in-box, the Emergency Juice orange is a delightful blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Grenache Blanc, Rolle and Roussanne fermented with native yeasts on skins for two weeks in concrete tank. A juicy, vibrant and thirst-quenching orange with fragrant orange blossom, chamomile, peach and passionfruit flavours.
