New Look to a Customer Favourite The Ultimate range from Gazelle is probably the best-selling range here at Energise E-bikes. It’s definitely our fastest selling. A fresh delivery doesn’t tend to stay on the showroom floor for very long before someone snatches it up. The Ultimate bikes are always comfortable, always use the best motor, and somehow please both the customer’s sporty side and their more relaxed side. This version, the T11, is an evolution of the previous models with it’s off-road tyres, broad gearing, and brand new motor. NEW: Bosch PX motor This bike features the new PX motor by Bosch. This is designed to offer as much power as the CX motors found on electric mountain bikes but with a smoother, quieter acceleration. While the CX motor will ‘launch’ a bike forward (to power you past major obstacles on a trail) the PX motor gives you more of a run up before offering its full power. This difference in power delivery takes the rough edges off the ride, making the experience a lot more serene. What you’ll like… The comfort level you get with a Gazelle bike is unparalleled. The seating position is just right (provided you get the right size) and with excellent suspension in both the fork and the seatpost, you will be riding in comfort for mile after mile. All of the contact point are maximised for comfort. The saddle is a Selle Royal Essenza, which is broad and supportive. The swept-back handlebar is fitted with Ergon grips to relieve pressure from your hands and wrists. The pedals are wide and generous, so you’ll always feel stable. What we like… The bike comes with a Kiox display in the middle of the handlebars. Many bike brands are moving away from screens and relying on apps for bike info, but the Kiox is simple, clear to read, and allows you to keep your phone safely tucked away. We also like the gears on this bike. It’s an 11-speed Shimano CUES groupset and this will give you a lot of capability for ascending the hills you may never have thought you could climb. The higher powered Bosch motors like you to be in an efficient gear to get the best out of them, so having all 11 gears here will maximise the power you can call on from the motor.
