It also works beautifully as a side to grilled meats, sausages and roasted vegetables, or topped with soft cheese and chives for an elegant starter. 93% blanched German potatoes Classic Swiss style grated potato preparation Product of Germany Preparation: Tear open the bag at the side marking and loosen the contents by gently kneading. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a coated frying pan. Spread the contents evenly in the pan and fry over medium heat for approximately 3 minutes without turning. Shape into a Rösti disc from the edge of the pan and continue frying over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes. Turn the Rösti using a plate if needed and fry for a further 5 to 6 minutes until golden brown. Tip: only turn once a golden crust has formed at the edge.
