👨🏼🌾 Red Wine made by Olivier Pithon. A Roussillon red that is both straightforward and incredibly easy to drink. Old vines organically grown on black schist give a wine that feels like a friendly companion... but hides a true precision. The nose opens with fresh black fruits, thyme, pepper, and a hint of black olive. On the palate, the juice is supple, fluid, without excessive alcohol or wood, supported by ripe fruit and powdery tannins.
