Round N Round

Round N Round is our most ambitious build — a self-contained marble run powered entirely by mechanical gears. Wind the crank, and the lift carries marbles up to three interconnected tracks that weave, spiral, and cascade back to the start. Every one of its 291 laser-cut wooden pieces fits without glue. Cams, ratchets, and gear trains do the work. 7-8 hours of focused, meditative assembly. Once built, it runs on a single turn of the handle for two full minutes of mesmerizing motion.
