Dried Zaatar (Thyme) Leaves

Not to be confused with the Palestinian seasoning of the same name, this pack contains the essential ingredient: the dried leaves of the native Palestinian zaatar herb, Origanum syriacum. With a botanical and culinary profile similar to wild thyme and oregano, dried zaatar leaves can be used in much the same way – adding flavour to pizza sauce and pastries, or sprinkled over roasted meat or veggies. Best of all? Our zaatar is grown and packed in Palestine.
