Pulingy Montrachet Superposition, Vin Noe 2023
Vin Noé is a natural wine project led by Jonathan Purcell, based in the Mâconnais region of Burgundy. Having worked at Domaine Pacalet, Purcell applies minimal intervention and organic viticulture to his vineyards, embracing whole-cluster fermentations and spontaneous yeast activity. His wines showcase a raw yet refined expression of terroir with textured, lively character and balanced freshness. A very old parcel - aproximately 80 years old at higher elevation in Blagny, within the village of Puligny. This is an exceptional vineyard the JJ Morel acquired in 1990. The surrounding forest and exposure all contribute to the exceptional complexity and concentration of the wines from this site.
