50% deposit for one custom steel Heron gate based on the design pictured with alteration for different size and scale. Gate will be built to fit an opening 32.75" wide including space for the hinges and latch. Build height of gate 72". Includes hinges, latch and black powder coat finish. No shipping, gate to be picked up at Modern Ironworks shop North of Bonners Ferry, ID. Total price is $920. 50% deposit of $460 to be paid before fabrication and remaining balance of $460 to be paid before pickup by card or on pickup by cash or check.
