BASI[X]™ Rover Hat

The Rover reinterprets the classic bucket hat through performance materials combined with COFB's design principles for everyday headwear. Constructed from lightweight, high-tenacity ripstop nylon derived from spinnaker sailcloth, the fabric features a dense, tightly woven structure for waterproof performance. Its crisp, paper-like hand delivers protection and a naturally wrinkled, deconstructed aesthetic, defining the character of the Rover bucket hat. Laser-cut vents and slits are integrated to promote airflow and release heat and moisture, while maintaining protection against the elements. A mesh inner layer improves breathability and comfort in warmer conditions. At the rear, a reflective cord-lock system enables quick size adjustment, complemented by an internal velcro strap for a more precise fit. Two reflective rear loops and the adjustable rear cord provide low-light visibility, while a soft, moisture-wicking, antimicrobial headband provides comfort during extended wear.
