Push Ups & Proverbs is a faith-based youth athletic performance program designed to help young athletes develop speed, strength, conditioning, explosiveness, discipline, and leadership while learning biblical principles that can guide them throughout life. Our program combines elite athletic training with character development, teaching youth how to work hard, overcome challenges, respect others, and develop the confidence needed to succeed both on and off the field.
